The HebrewEasy Primer contains the Cover pages, Syllabus, Contens, First Things – Hebrew basics, and 7 Lessons & Exercises.

How to Begin

Each HebrewEasy Primer page can be printed and inserted into a three-ring notebook to create a workbook. Each Lesson comes in PDF format, which is easy to open, read, or print. When I teach my Hebrew students personally, I supply them with a loose-leaf notebook containing all the pages from the HebrewEasy cover through Lesson One, plus the Lesson One Exercise, where we begin looking at Biblical Hebrew. The exercise is called What Did Yeshua Say? Students receive or download and print Lesson Two for review before their next class. Each week, receiving the next lesson is the same process.

Before classes begin, students receive a syllabus for the entire course, including each week’s assignment. The assignment is basically to spend some time each day reviewing their last lesson, memorizing new letters and vowel points, and looking over the materials for the coming week before class! HebrewEasy’s Primer is a seven-week course.

For online students – assembling your Primer shouldn’t be too difficult if you have a printer and buy a package of three-ring 8×10 copy paper! (I’ve taken online Hebrew courses and find index tabs are great tools, too.) Before you begin Lesson One, it is important to review the First Things section carefully before your first lesson. A little time spent reviewing the basic tools of Hebrew before class is priceless!
